Thierry Le Breton
Expert in the development of Strategies for Territorial Integration
A graduate in Political Science from the University of Lyon II and holder of an MBA from IAE Paris - Paris Dauphine, Thierry co-created the consulting firm Dynamia Associates & Developers Ltd in 2014 with Guy Fromet de Rosnay. He has supported many organisations in Mauritius and the Indian Ocean, through the creation and application of territorial regeneration and recovery strategies.
Thierry is engaged in the protection of human rights and of cultural and environmental heritage in Mauritius. He sits on the Board of Directors of the National Heritage Fund and chairs its Technical Committee.
Micael Noguero Kwik
Local and International Business Development
Of Spanish origin, Micael has a background in tourism management and a graduate degree in sustainable tourism (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona). He also holds a master's degree in Chinese language and international business from Zheijang University, and is fluent in English, French, Chinese and Spanish.
Micael has over ten years of experience in international business development involving large companies, with interventions in more than twenty countries and in various sectors.
Micael is currently focusing much of his efforts on opening new business opportunities and developing markets within B Corp and the related community.
Thierry Ollivry DJCE MBA
Strategic Consultant Associate
Thierry holds a degree as a Corporate Legal Advisor with a specialisation in international business law from the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence and in International Relations from the Centre for Diplomatic and Strategic Studies in Paris, as well as an MBA from IAE Paris - Paris Dauphine.

He has extensive professional experience as a strategy consultant and project development advisor, as well as being an entrepreneur. His interest in international relations and geopolitics has also led him to author a publication on the strategic, diplomatic, and humanitarian aspects of Diego Garcia.
Thierry is particularly experienced in the field of environmental protection, with a focus on marine biodiversity conservation. He has chaired the Sig Lagoon committee at Business Mauritius and currently sits on the board of the Reef Conservation Society.

As an accredited mediator and arbitrator at MARC Mauritius, he specialises in corporate strategy and supports the management of human relations within companies.
Emeline Tsang Mang Kin
Environmental Planning and Management Specialist
Emeline holds a BSc in Environmental Sciences (University of Southampton) and an MSc in Environmental Science (IHE Delft Institute for Water Education). With an academic background in science and practical experience in local and international assignments, she has successfully collaborated in the implementation of international donor-funded projects. She strives to make a positive difference through her work by continuously developing her skills and achieving her full potential.
Her abilities and enthusiasm contribute to the overall dynamic support and add a unique quality to the services provided by Dynamia.

Kersley Govind
Head of Administration /
Certified trainer
Kersley has worked for many international companies relocated to Mauritius. He manages customer relations and administration at Dynamia. He also takes care of the Training Centre and is himself an MQA certified trainer.
