We want to see more Mauritian companies join us within B Corp and, to do so, we have made an additional commitment to become a B Corp Market Builder. A role that allows us to guide companies throughout the Western Indian Ocean region to join the global network of certified B Corporations..
B Market Builders work in regions where certification is still in its infancy, primarily focusing on creating and growing a thriving community of certified B Corp. They support and engage existing local certified businesses and support other organisations aligned with their mission to measure their social and environmental impact.

This is why B Corp has set up this localised guide function: because each region is unique, due to its laws, working culture, geography, and people. Being guided by people who know and respect this local DNA is an important advantage.
